Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you or your close family members have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have traveled out of province in the last 14 days.
Please wait in your vehicle if you arrived early for your appointment. Our waiting area will be limited to two people at a time.
Please arrive alone (no children, family or friends accompaniment) unless a disabled individual who requires accompaniment.
We will not be booking large groups for services unless physical distancing can be maintained.
We will ask all clients to wash their hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon entering salon.
We will ask all clients to wear face mask, you can bring your own or we will make them available to our clients for $1.00. Please wear your mask before entering our salon.
We will not be charging COVID TAX.
Unfortunately for now, we will not be doing facials, lip waxing or lip laser hair removal as it will require clients to take off their masks.
Our employees will be wearing gloves, masks and face shields while performing services.
We will be conducting enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and equipment between the appointments.

As a courtesy to our other guests and our service providers, please notify the salon 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Client’s with late-cancellations and no-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments are highly recommended, especially pre-booking your next appointment upon checkout. We offer a courtesy reminder call the day before your appointment, or you may opt to have an email or text message reminder. Prices & policies are subject to change without notice.
We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environment such as sharp implements, hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in our salon.
Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter!
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Unused/unopened retail products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days.
